I had a wonderful stay at the hotel. Noone could ask for more for the money. The room had an issue with a broken TV but I was given a new room without any question. I would recommend this hotel very highly as it is beautiful and has great ammemities. Thanks for your great service.
I loved everything about the hotel. No Compaints

Short trip that only required functionality as a place to stay. Had stayed here 20 years ago. Functionality fulfilled, but did not appear to have spent much on contemporary upkeep over the years.
Icemaker out of order. Rugs stained and hallway aromas less than pleasing. Outdoor walkways had broken, loose concrete/bricks that did not instill confidence of safety.

The hotel exceeded our expectations in most ways. It is located close to the main shopping area in Nashua. It is not far from the highway or from the Mass. Border. The grounds are quite beautiful and the health club (which is included in the price of room) is a complete health club. The room we booked was quiet, clean, spacious and comfortable. I have read some negative reviews of this hotel and am quite mystified by them. We would definitely stay there again.
These are mostly nitpicks. It would be nice to have in room wifi, instead of in room wired internet (it is however quite fast). It would be better to have breakfast included in the rate.

Convenience of location.
The pool was overcrowded. The hotel offers swimming lessons to locals. The duration of this inconvenience went on for a couple of hours after my dinner hour, when I wanted to relax and refresh from a busy day. It was a madhouse of activity. I am not a lap swimmer so I could noy use the lap lane, but two other lanes were packed, one with swim lessons, the other with local club members and their families. I might not consider staying at this hotel again because of this bother. I enjoy my pool time when I have a hotel stay. This situation was unacceptable. Please check it out.

Despite the fact that your reservation for me did not show in their system the manager took care to get me booked & into my room in a reasonable amount of time. Good thing I had printed my reservation or I might have been sol.

The breakfast crêpes were to die for, and some local eats nearby really hit the spot! The hotel's quirky castle-like charm totally, and the comfy beds earned major points with me!
The toiletries had this overpowering men's aftershave vibe going on, and finding dinner options around the hotel was like treasure hunting. The fitness center pool was a bit cramped for family fun too.

The location was amazing, very close to the Pheasant Lane Mall, great restaurants, and the fitness center, in a modern area.

Clean room
I stayed there for 2 nights with my husband and infant daughter due to a power outage. I realize the rest of nh and Ma had no power and it was very busy but I made reservations for the rest of the week and they were not honored. They made us leave our room bc of over booking on their part. The staff was very rude towards us and even the manager did not have anything to say about this. I will never stay with this company and its affiliates again. Beware, they are a scam.

The hotel was clean, and the atmosphere was perfect for our group getaway. Just a short drive from local attractions made it convenient for us. Great spot for summer water fun too!
The only downside was the restaurant staff was a bit slow when we tried to order drinks, frustrating. But overall, this didn't overshadow our experience.

The beds were good
I did not really like the breakfast. The hotel looks a bit run down and was not the level I expected of a Radisson
